Double Deep General Description It's the most economic form of higher density pallet storage. It's usually arranged in a multiple of double deep and double deep back-to-back rows separated by forklift access aisles (right angle stacking). Pick faces are reduced, because pallets are stored behind one another. Application Typically used for higher density storage when stockholdings include multiple pallets of the same item and random access to SKUs isn't required.
